Reconstruction of the "Geroy" Daily Regulating Reservoir in the village of Zhetigen, Kadamzhai district, Batken region.
Reconstruction of the “Geroy” daily regulating reservoir (DRR) improves the efficient use of water resources and strengthens irrigation supply to agricultural land across Kadamzhai district.
Located at Zhetigen, in the Ak-Turpak rural district, the reservoir has a capacity of 84,000 m³. Following reconstruction, it provides a more stable water supply to approximately 1,500 hectares of farmland in the village of Kyrgyz-Kyshtak, Moldo-Niyaz rural district.

Project Scope and Objectives
A central objective of the reconstruction was to improve the efficiency of water storage and irrigation supply.
The reservoir now accumulates water and delivers it more reliably during the agricultural season.
Reconstruction works included:
- Mechanical cleaning of the reservoir, totaling 1,852,458 m³
- Reinforcement of embankment slopes
- Restoration and associated construction works
The project was funded through the national budget.
