Luxury Apartment "SIENA" is an exclusive residential development in the Italian style, set in an ecologically clean area near the center of Bishkek.
Panoramic glazing and a natural-stone façade define the building’s residential character. Distinctively low-rise and low-density, the complex comprises just 5 floors and 15 apartments in total.
The building includes two underground levels:
- The first level houses a parking garage, accessed via a dedicated car lift.
- The second level offers a fitness room, a table tennis room, a library, and private storage units — provided to every resident at no additional cost.

The building is of monolithic frame construction with brick infill, insulated with basalt fiber panels. Its refined façade is finished in natural stone with hand-carved detailing and bas-reliefs, complemented by wrought-iron balcony railings.
