Safety and cleanliness in the house is provided by a professional maintenance service and a 24-hour security service. Video cameras with online broadcasting will be installed throughout the house.
Luxury Appartment “SIENA ” is located at the intersection of Akhunbayev and Bakayev streets south of Bakayev Street. Within a radius of 1 km from the house there are all the necessary social and commercial facilities such as the Kyrgyz-Turkish Manas University, the City Children’s Clinical Hospital No. 3, supermarkets, schools, kindergartens, sports clubs, etc.
Construction stages
The house has two underground levels:
On the first underground level there is a parking lot, where cars go down on a special car lift.
On the second underground level, that is, on the ground floor, there are: a fitness room, a table tennis room, a library and storage rooms for each apartment, which are provided as a gift to each tenant.
The structure of the building of the house is monolithic-frame with brick filling insulated with basalt fiber slabs. The elegance of the facade of the house is ensured by finishing it with natural stone with hand carvings, bas-reliefs and installation of balcony railings, including products made of forged metal.
Heat supply and hot water supply to residents is provided by the installation of individual combined gas and electric boilers in each apartment, which increases the reliability of heat supply to apartments in cases of interruptions in the central heat, electricity or gas supply systems. Accordingly, the apartments of the house will always be warm and cozy, which is very important for a comfortable life.
