Residential Building "NOOKAT CITY"
Developed as an innovative residential project at the very center of Nookat, “NOOKAT CITY” is designed for those who want to stay close to the city’s activity while enjoying a quiet place to live and unwind. All of the city’s key destinations — administrative offices, schools, hospitals, clinics, shopping centers, and the bazaar — are within walking distance.

Monolithic construction
The building is of monolithic frame construction with brick infill, insulated with basalt fiber panels.
A combined natural-stone façade with hand-finished detailing, wrought-iron window guards, and French balconies gives the building a distinguished appearance.
Security
The complex grounds are enclosed and secured around the clock. Each resident is issued an individual electronic key with a personal identifier, with optional access logs showing who used the key and when.
The courtyard is kept free of vehicles, with only temporary parking permitted for up to 30 minutes under security supervision (excluding emergency services — ambulance, police, and fire).
Building access runs through a single entrance with a concierge, a comfortable waiting area, and on-site security. The entire property — entrances, courtyard, and parking — is monitored by CCTV, with all footage relayed to a 24-hour control center.
